The all-new TZ 200 is built upon the TZ 100, delivering critical business continuity and flexibility through a host of advanced features. The TZ 200 adds critical failover capabilities that can provide 24x7 access for optimal uptime, with support for USB-based 3G and analog modem failover as well as box-to-box failover.

The revolutionary TZ 200 enhances UTM protection by adding the SonicWALL Comprehensive Anti-Spam Service, featuring per-user mailbox quarantine. With enhanced memory and processors, the TZ 200 runs 40% faster than the TZ 100, and incorporates ultra-fast 802.11n wireless (Wireless-N version). The TZ 200 offers distributed enterprises, small- and medium-sized businesses, retail locations, and managed service providers powerful enterprise-class features – all at a low total cost of ownership.

TZ 200 series has a deep packet inspection engine – capable of configurable high-performance scanning across all ports, including Web traffic, e-mail, file transfers, Windows services and DNS.

It has comprehensive Anti-Spam Service, Gateway Anti-Virus, Anti-Spyware and Intrusion Prevention Service, Enforced Client Anti-Virus and Content Filtering Service (Premium Business Edition).

SonicWALL PortShield - provides the flexibility to configure port-level security for the LAN, delivering protection not only from the WAN and DMZ, but also between devices inside the LAN.

High-Performance Architecture – using advanced SonicWALL NSA technology, delivers throughput performance of 100 Mbps for Stateful Packet Inspection and up to 35 Mbps for UTM.

Wireless (802.11b/g/n) – supports 802.11n (up to 5X faster than status quo 802.11g). Yet, it is still compatible with older wireless devices.
3G and Analog Connectivity – via an integrated USB port to either a 3G wireless broadband adapter or an analog modem for flexible use as a primary or secondary connection.
