Gmail is planning to roll out several new inbox styles to help one manage mails in the way that works best. With this improvement, Google will let users update their Gmail interfaces with a choice of different inbox styles. These offer easier and better ways for Gmail users to organise and manage their inboxes.
The new inbox styles to choose from are Classic, Priority Inbox, Important first, Unread first and Starred first. After, one gets settled on a style of his like and used it for about a week, these tabs will go away. One can always change the inbox style from the drop down menu next to the Inbox label or from the Settings page.
