RT Outsourcing organizes â€œRT Aagman 2010â€

RT Outsourcing Services Limited has organized its annual cultural event, RT Aagman2010, to welcome the New Year and create bond and rejoice the success of the organization as “One RT Family”.

Organized at Kamani Auditorium, New Delhi, RT Aagman is indicative of the diverse cultural and national integration of India displayed in the form of cultural performances by the employees participating from different parts of the country.

Lighting the auspicious lamp, Vinnie Mehta, Executive Director, MAIT & Chief Guest of the evening, said, “This is thoughtful of RT Outsourcing Services to contribute to the cause of integrating diverse cultures of our country by bringing their employees and customers together on the eve of our Republic Day year on year. At a time when the employees are feeling huge pressures to meet customer demands to deliver cost- effective solutions, it is a great site to see the innovative way of stress bursting of employees as well as create a great motivation platform.”

Towards achieving this, we have created this platform – “RT Aagman” under which the participants have the opportunity to extend their interpersonal relationship and enhance camaraderie.”

RT Aagman is an annual event that has been organized for the last 8 years on the eve of the Republic Day to mark the country’s national integration. RT Aagman 2010 moving on the same lines opened with the enchantment of RT theme song, followed by the regional dance performances by the RTians of Mumbai, Kolkata, Punjab and Bangalore. The dance competition was followed by the singing competitions, built around the same theme. The performances were evaluated by experts and awards were presented to the deserving groups.

The cultural performance was judged by Padma Shri Shobha Deepak Singh, Director & Vice Chairperson, Shriram Bhartiya Kala Kendra, and the renowned classical dancer Shri Sasidharan Nair. Apart from this, the employees of the organization were also awarded for their long-term services to the company.
