Need For The Hour

I am as much on the learning curve as anybody else. Since, Rupee dives record low and the Reserve Bank of India will intervene only to smoothen volatility & not to target specific levels possible. Tough times lie ahead. This is the right time we could join hands with our clients and VARs to manage the challenges.
Enterprises must identify and respond to business trends by simplifying processes and adapting to change. Like that I think the future of e-commerce companies in India today is going to be based on the execution. To explore the amazing technology advances that can help you increase sales, improve customer satisfaction and enhance your brand so companies across the world are faced with rising operational costs, diverse customers and complex supply chains. To manage the cost and higher productivity one of the biggest trends in coming days will be virtualization and backup consolidation. The promise of virtualization technology - whether applied to the server, storage, client/desktop, application or network - is to increase capacity, utilize resources more effectively and reduce costs. It also fits neatly with many organizations' green IT strategies, with its promise to increase utilization of existing assets and eliminate the demand for more energy-guzzling hardware resources with the option of hybrid cloud computing to scale up in coming year.
Another trend is with the proliferation of broadband lines and smart phones followed by mobile device protection and diverse service model adoption. The use of tablets in business is on the rise. Increasingly, employees require enterprise connectivity from their personal smartphones and tablet devices, also known as the "Bring Your Own Device" to work trend. Expert says that 73 percent of business leaders surveyed currently allow mobile devices or tablets to connect to their corporate networks. Data consumption continues to sky-rocket - 2011 was the year in which "Big Data" stole headlines, but this trend will continue unabated through 2012. The last five years have been awash with new ways to generate, consume and store data - in 2011, the average smartphone user consumed 15Mb of data each day, but this will grow to 1GB by 2020.
India is, undoubtedly, an emerging market for tablets and smartphones. More of these devices are finding their way into enterprises as employees entering the organization will expect to be allowed to use them since greater SMB adoption of cloud backup are expected to be among the most popular trends . Employees increasingly seek to take full advantage of better browsers and innovative applications from app stores. And finally, People who try hard and who are passionate about what they do - that is a large component of success.
Wish you a happy New Year 2012.
